By providing your mobile phone number to Flat Rate Nexus (for example, on our intake request form) and agreeing to receive messages, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Flat Rate Nexus about your own case. These are transactional, account-related messages and may include:

• Notice that your nexus letter is complete and ready
• Invoice and payment reminders, including your secure payment link
• Requests for additional records needed to complete your review
• Replies to questions you send us about your case

This is not marketing or promotional messaging.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on the activity on your case. Typically this is only a few messages per case.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to opt out or get help

• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not text you again unless you opt back in.
• Reply HELP for help, or email info@flatratenexus.com.

Consent

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Flat Rate Nexus.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, or your consent to receive messages, with any third party for that third party’s own marketing purposes. Your information is used only to communicate with you about your case.
